The ACC Rockies Organizing Committee is pleased to continue its commitment to educational growth by offering complementary tuition to Resident Physicians and Fellows-in-Training. To be eligible, Residents and Fellows MUST MEET EACH OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Register for the 2012 conference by January 31, 2012
• When you are registering, indicate that you are enrolling in the Residents & Fellows Educational Support Program
• Attend the Residents’ Research Competition and all Conference sessions
• Stay at the Rimrock Resort Hotel a minimum of 3 nights

Room Cancellation Policy:
Guests cancelling their own reservations, in whole or in part, after 72 hours will not receive any refund of their advance deposit. Guests cancelling before 72 hours will receive a full refund. An early departure fee of $75.00 plus 5% GST will be the responsibility of the individual guest.

Valet parking is $30 per vehicle.
