Accommodation booking will be available shortly via the Lodging Application section of the Registration Form. This Form will soon be available, either online or downloaded as a pdf document.

Please note:

Fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Service fees, but not taxes, are included.
Room requests must be received by March 14, 2010, and any changes submitted in writing.
2 persons maximum for Fairmont rooms. Additional occupant fees for all other rooms are daily $35.00 per person age 19 and older, and those under the age of 19 are complimentary.
Parking at the Château is $17.00 per day.
Written cancellation made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will be accepted. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay, as well as no shows.
The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is pleased to confirm that Fairmont Presidents Club members attending the ACCLL 2010 Conference will be entitled to the benefits of their membership subject to hotel availability.
