Conference fees are payable in Canadian Dollars. Visa and MasterCard accepted. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to “ACC Lake Louise.”

Special conference discounts are available for car rentals, lift tickets and Fairmont Château Lake Louise rooms (see below). You may register for accommodation along with conference tuition.

Lake Louise Tuition Fees

*Fellows-in-Training, Resident Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists and Technologists qualify for reduced fees.

All other medical professionals qualify for standard participant fees, including those in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, and other specialties and sub-specialties.

Tuition cancellation: Written tuition cancellations received prior to March 9, 2008, are subject to a $100 cancellation processing fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after March 9, 2008, or for no-shows.

Fairmont Château Room Rates

More information on Fairmont Château Lake Louise accommodation is available.

Room cancellation: Written room cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will be accepted. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date, as well as no shows, shall incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
