Registration will be open October 1, 2010

Conference fees are payable in Canadian Dollars. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners are accepted. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to “ACC Lake Louise.”

Special conference discounts are available for car rentals, lift tickets and Fairmont Château Lake Louise rooms (see below). You may register for accommodation along with conference tuition.

Please note that we are unable to provide for Letters of Invitation for potential conference attendees.

2010 Lake Louise Tuition Fees

Fellows-in-Training, Resident Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists and Technologists qualify for reduced fees. All other medical professionals qualify for standard participant fees, including those in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, and other specialties and sub-specialties.

Tuition cancellation: A refund will be provided, minus a $100 processing fee, for any written tuition cancellation request received on or before March 13, 2010. No refund will be provided after March 13 or for no-shows.

2010 Fairmont Château Room Rates

Service fees, but not taxes, are included. More information on Fairmont Château Lake Louise accommodation is available.

Room cancellation: Written room cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will be accepted. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date, as well as no shows, will have a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
